- Silicon iron
- Austempered ductile iron (ADI)
- Nickel-alloyed austenitic iron (Niresist)
- Chromium and chromium-nickel wear-resistant iron (Nihard).
Products
Fonderie Palmieri produces castings in a wide range of cast irons and special alloys, selected according to the mechanical, thermal and environmental requirements of each application.
ENVIRONMENT AND TERRITORY
Fonderie Palmieri manages its production activities with a structured approach to environmental sustainability and energy efficiency: continuous emissions monitoring, responsible waste management and reduced energy consumption.
CERTIFICATIONS
For the industrial, marine and railway sectors, quality is not a promise: it is a measurable guarantee. Our international certifications, issued by independent third-party bodies, attest to the highest compliance with quality, safety, environmental protection and energy efficiency standards. For our partners this means one thing only: zero risk, full regulatory compliance and the certainty of entrusting their projects to a foundry structured for the most complex challenges
3D printing
Fonderie Palmieri has integrated 3D printing technology for ExOne cores into its production process, based on the Binder Jetting principle, reducing development times and removing the geometric constraints typical of traditional sand core production
SAFETY IN THE COMPANY
For us, safety is not a regulatory obligation,
but a fundamental requirement.
In a highly automated industrial environment, risk governance is the pillar that guarantees the continuity and quality excellence of every one of our production processes.
