IRIS ISO 22163:2023

IRIS is the international standard for quality management in the railway supply chain, developed by UNIFE.
The certification — issued by Kiwa Cermet Italia and valid until December 2027 — qualifies Fonderie Palmieri for the production of iron castings for the Rolling Stock sector. It is the access requirement for the main European railway manufacturers.
Bureau Veritas

Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore is one of the most authoritative marine classification bodies in the world.
The BV Mode II recognition (valid until January 2030) certifies Fonderie Palmieri for the production of ductile and grey iron castings for marine and offshore applications, in accordance with the NR320 standard.
It complements and supports the DNV certification for coverage of the international marine market.
